No one was able to avoid being impacted personally and professionally by COVID-19. Our agency was even faced with many challenges in our own business and in helping our clients navigate the changes in their industries. We realized everything we were doing needed to be reevaluated and reprioritized. It made us think about what we are doing to drive or save revenue and to move quickly. We used this same lens for our clients to shift the services we were providing so that we are only focusing on the marketing tactics that are making the biggest impact on their business.

Not that we enjoyed going through this pandemic but its silver lining is that it helped our team analyze and focus on the things that really matter and make a significant difference in our lives, and our clients’ lives. We found some creative ways to be more efficient in how we’re uncovering obstacles and opportunities.
